Job Title: Application Administrator

<P>The candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide administrative/engineering support to server side information support applications across a UNIX (primarily) and windows environment. Additionally the candidate will perform some software engineering duties including PL SQL scripting, system performance tuning, and engineering level troubleshooting.&nbsp; The candidate should have DB reverse engineering experience to understand application specific database function.</P> <P>REQUIREMENTS:</P> <P>A high level government security clearance<br>5 years of related experience.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related discipline) or 7 years experience in application, database, or system administration</P> <P>Working, and practical, knowledge of Oracle Database administration functions, database structures and design; Develop and maintain scripts and programs for data exchanges and interfaces with external systems;&nbsp; Coordinate format requirements for data interfaces with mission critical systems; Technical POC for interface PL SQL query requests; Provide monthly status to the Technical POC; Provide metric reporting to client management; Provide monthly status to the Team Lead; Demonstrated user-centered service philosophy.</P> <P>Working knowledge of UNIX operating system functions and commands; PL SQL scripting; Provide technical analysis and implementation support for system and functionality upgrades; </P> <P>Desirable Skillset: <br>•&nbsp;Hands on SW administrative experience<br>•&nbsp;Ability to function as part of a administrative support team <br>•&nbsp;Ability to provide after-hours on-call support.</P> <P><br>Fulcrum IT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
