<P>Multi-functional position supporting the maintenance and continued development of an ISO 9001 registered and CMMI Maturity Level 3 Quality Management System (QMS). Specific tasks to include: planning and conducting internal audits in accordance with established guidelines; creating and maintaining quality documents (quality manual, policies, processes, work instructions, forms, templates, reference documents, and internal audit reports);posting quality documents on the intranet website using SharePoint technology; creating and tracking corrective, preventive, and improvement action requests to closure; potential hands-on administration of processes during the initial deployment phase; other duties as required to support the continued growth of the QMS.</P></TD></TR>

<li>Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization (auditing direct labor employees or executive managers)
<li>Ability to handle vague and changing requirements and situations; strong problem solving skills
<li>Ability to examine details while still focusing on the "big picture"
