The person for this position shall apply electrical engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate radio communications systems. These systems include SATCOM, HF, VHF, UHF, AM, and Ku-Band. The RF Engineer will also review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation, and apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management. This position also analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates automated data processing software related to engineering or functional requirements of radio communications systems, associated support systems, or management information systems. |
