The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple projects associated with transitioning existing web sites from classic ASP to ASP.Net/SharePoint. Additional tasks will include working with sponsors and users to define and ONR Business processes for automation and integration, and translating business requirements into software solutions for integration into a portal environment. Primary job duties will include application development for MOSS 2007 including solution and feature development and deployment, web services, web parts and search. The candidate will work as part of a web development team in the design and implementation of web applications and create standardized documentation; ongoing management of the Internal and External web sites, the development, integration, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications for delivery over the web, development of front-end delivery mechanisms for existing systems and data, and replacement of older client/server products.</span></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">The candidate must have the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other functional areas.
