Job Title: Web Developer, Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple projects associated with transitioning existing web sites from classic ASP to ASP.Net/SharePoint. Additional tasks will include working with sponsors and users to define ONR Business processes for automation and integration, and translating business requirements into software solutions for integration into a portal environment. The candidate will work between the web development team, program manager, and customer&nbsp;in managing the implementation of web applications and the creation of standardized documentation; ongoing management of the Internal and External web sites, leading the development, integration, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications for delivery over the web, and leading the development of front-end delivery mechanisms for existing systems and data, and replacement of older client/server products.</span></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">The candidate must have the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other functional areas.
