Description:Responsible for managing/maintaining the European JWICS and SIPR Enterprise Multimedia Message Manager (M3) for the European Regional Service Center (ERSC).1. Perform consistency checks on user accounts, Collections, Communities of Interest, Discretionary Access Controls, System Profiles and User Profiles. 2. Monitor smtp function and resolve problems involving connectivity with exchange and invalid email addresses. 3. Submit Collective Addresses changes(AIG and DAG), Plain Language Address changes and Routing Indicator changes in accordance with Allied Communication Publication (ACP) 117 and DSSCS Operating Instruction (DOI) 102. Changes include additions, deletions and modifications, and will be replicated throughout the worldwide messaging environment. Coordinate routing changes with the DoDIIS Routing Manager. Ensure CRITIC messages are handled in accordance with applicable instructions. Demonstrate proficiency in legacy messaging formats including ACP 128 and DOI 103. 4. Respond to customer issues submitted through Siebel and routed to the Record Messaging Queue. Troubleshoot issues with assistance from the M3 Program Office as necessary. Apply software updates and IAVA/IAVB/IAVT updates to the M3 application and the operating system in close coordination with the M3 Program Office. 5. Prepare Requests for Change, serve as Action Officer, execute specified actions and complete After Action Reports in coordination with the Unix section chief. 6. Respond to high-priority or critical M3 outages after hours and on weekends/holidays in a timely manner. 7. Provide Tier 2 assistance to the Service Delivery Center as required. |
