<P class=ColorfulList-Accent11 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 6pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Identifies risk to the Government through application of professional business judgment and risk-based assessment techniques in order to determine the appropriate type and level of surveillance. <o:p></o:p></span></P>

<P class=ColorfulList-Accent11 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 6pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Participates in meetings with contractor personnel and provides advice and assistance to contractors to resolve highly complex problems in establishing adequate property control records and controls, consistent with contractual terms and established Government policy.<o:p></o:p></span></P>
<P class=ColorfulList-Accent11 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 6pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Conducts investigations pertaining to assigned contractors' liability when Government property is lost, damaged, or destroyed, or when there is evidence of unreasonable use or consumption.<o:p></o:p></span></P>

<P class=ColorfulList-Accent11 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 6pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'">Most Property Management Specialists work at a desk, primarily in one office, and meet with contractors there for contract negotiations and reviews. <o:p></o:p></span></P>
