Must demonstrate the ability to work independently when given only general direction. </P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal>Duties: Executes force development/force management tasks in accordance with Government requirements. Determines functional and cross-functional relationships. Work efforts across the Army staff with information coordinated with related proponents. Provides independent technical expertise to resolve programmatic and I2 (integration and interoperability) issues between systems, intra-Army or across services.
