Sam Houston), VIRGINIA (Alexandria (Pentagon)), VIRGINIA (Ft Monroe), and WASHINGTON (Ft Lewis)</font></font></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><o:p><font size=3 face=Calibri>&nbsp;</font></o:p></strong></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><font size=3><font face=Calibri><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Education</strong>: B.S. or B.A. Degree</font></font></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><font size=3><font face=Calibri><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Experience/Minimum Training Requirements</strong>: Position requires a minimum of twelve (12) years Army experience in force development/force management related military duties or providing professional force development/force management related management/engineering services, six (6) of which must be direct DAHQ Staff experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, or other field relevant to the support in which the individual is performing. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently when given only general direction. </font></font></P> <P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><font size=3><font face=Calibri><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Duties</strong>: Executes force development/force management tasks in accordance with Government requirements. Determines functional and cross-functional relationships. Work efforts across the Army staff with information coordinated with related proponents. Provides leadership of technical and programmatic I2 feasability assessments. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for cross-functional coordination and issue resolution at the ARSTAFF/Secretariat level. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication. Expected to be able to assume task lead for related systems. </font></font></P><br>
