Job Title: DoD Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts - Instructor

DoD Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts (MBB) – Instructor <P>Job Description: <P>This position is to serve our Department of Defense clients. Military service or experience providing consulting services to DoD is preferred. DoD experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates without DoD experience are welcome to apply, but must have compelling Lean Six Sigma capability. We are seeking a highly experience Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts capable of instructing the Army’s next generation of Lean Six Sigma professionals. <P>The candidate will support an Army client in teaching Lean Six Sigma Green &amp; Black Belt Courses to students from throughout the Army in support of the Army’s Business Enterprise Office. The selected candidate can also expect to develop supplementary training materials to enhance the pre-established curriculum. <P>Master Black Belt Qualifications: <P>Military experience as an officer, Non-Commissioned officer, or DoD personnel – with Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) with more than 5+ years of experience in the entire Six Sigma methodology in numerous environments and extensive experience teaching multiple Black Belt and Green Belt Level Courses as part of a large Lean Six Sigma Deployment <P>MBB will also be an expert in traditional quality methods as taught by experts such as Deming and Juran and specialize in transactional Six Sigma; the application of Six Sigma to non-manufacturing processes <P>The Six Sigma Master Black Belt will possess a Master's degree in Business or Operations Management as well as a minimum of five years of business and information systems experience <P>The Six Sigma Master Black Belt will also possess a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized training organization as well as five plus years of experience implementing Six Sigma or other Quality solutions <P>Experience with data tools is a definite plus <P>Must have strong facilitation and communication skills <P>Experience in delivering instruction to adult learners <P>Certification Requirements: <P>ASQ Black Belt Certification or other nationally recognized Certification Master Black Belt Certification <P>Clearance: Secret <P>We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
