Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Virginia and southern West Virginia, has an opportunity for a Truck Shop&nbsp;Supervisor at our truck service facility to support our rapidly growing truck service operation.&nbsp; Seeking a highly motivated and career minded candidate with a comprehensive knowledge of on-highway trucks and a strong mechanical aptitude.&nbsp; Supervisory experience required.&nbsp; Strong customer service skills and computer skills essential.<br>We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including paid vacation, health, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as 401(k) with company match and a retirement plan.
