Expertise with the DoD acquisition system and processes a must. Educational background in acquisition skills is essential: business, program management, and other related fields. Familiarity with the relationship of all acquisition and program management disciplines a must: program management, systems engineering, test & evaluation, cost estimating, training, logistics, supportability engineering and planning. Expertise in building and presenting briefings, communications with managers, and concise writing is essential. DAWIA Level 1 in at least one acquisition career field is desired or PMP certification and relevant experience. Must be able to operate independently with minimal guidance fulfilling corporate objectives and goals. Must be comfortable interacting with people. Expertise in finding people with need skills is essential. Expertise in proposal writing for Government or Federal Contracts is a must.
