Description:Serve as advisor, action officer and staff planner for Government or Industry program managers executing ACAT 1, 2, and 3 level programs. Expertise with the DoD acquisition system and processes a must. Educational background in acquisition skills is essential: business, program management, and other related fields. Familiarity with the relationship of all acquisition and program management disciplines a must: program management, systems engineering, test & evaluation, cost estimating, training, logistics, supportability engineering and planning. Expertise in building and presenting briefings, communications with managers, and concise writing is essential. DAWIA Level 1 in at least one acquisition career field is desired or PMP certification and relevant experience. |
