Familiarity with the relationship of all acquisition and program management disciplines a must: program management, systems engineering, test & evaluation, cost estimating, training, logistics, supportability engineering and planning. DAWIA Level 1 in at least one acquisition career field is desired or PMP certification and relevant experience. Expertise in finding people with need skills is essential. Expertise in proposal writing for Government or Federal Contracts is a must.
