Candidate should have strong CAD Design background with an ability to manage the project design and/or construction effort. Candidate will be responsible for management and evaluation of contractor performance, as well as responsibility for project change requests.<span>  </span>Candidate must also possess knowledge of systems furniture and provide official weekly project status reports.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;">Additional duties include assembling a high performance, integrated team of all stakeholders, manage communications with stake holders, assist Contracting Officer with acquisition planning, execution, and administration, as well as collect requirements, prepare SOW, conduct market research, and develop purchase justification.<span>  </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;">Candidate must also have an ability to conduct technical review and evaluate project solicitations, as well as review and approve shop drawings and submittals.<span>  </span>Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits and validate invoices for payment.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements<o:p></o:p></span></em></strong></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Bachelors Degree in architecture, building engineering or interior design</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Ten (10) years experience in facilities engineering, design </p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Security Clearance Required</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Professional Engineering Certification Preferred</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Strong written and oral communication skills</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span>·<span style="font: 7pt "Times New Roman";">         </span></span></span>Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple vendors</p>
