<P style="mso-line-height-alt: 10.5pt"><span style="COLOR: black"><font size=3><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman">MPRI, a division of L-3 Communications, is seeking a certified Program Manager with experience supporting media campaign planning and execution and polling and research programs for multiple DoD commands conducting operations in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Tampa</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Florida</st1:State></st1:place>.<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></P>
<P style="mso-line-height-alt: 10.5pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman" size="3">The individual will be responsible for managing programs providing support to USCENTCOM’s Polling and Research Program and USSOCOM’s Media Support Program.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>These programs encompass varied functional areas and require the coordinated efforts of a team of technical and task order management support positions.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>The Program Manager is directly responsible for task order funding, administration, and human resource management. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>The Program Manager has responsibility for all facets of costs, schedule, and performance associated with the programs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>The Program Manager provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the task area and all personnel. </span></P>
<P style="mso-line-height-alt: 10.5pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman" size="3">Duties include (but are not limited to): Program/project management skills including scope definition, work structuring and schedule development, quality planning, risk planning, communication, and issue resolution. Change management skills required along with an ability to function with minimal guidance; ability to facilitate decision making and problem solving. Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of task orders, ensuring compliance with scope and customer expectations. Review and approve timesheets and expense reports. Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Manage contract and/or funding; approves and monitors sub-contractor expenditures; Coordinate, and/or assists with proposal writing. Provide technical and/or professional coordination and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program/project activities, as appropriate to task order objectives and task functional areas. Develop annual operating budgets and provides interim forecast reports. Track labor hour expenditures and maintain system for managing records and tracking burn rates. Coordinate, collect, and compile program activity data into narrative program reports. Implement policies and procedures in accordance with those of the L-3 corporate organization to ensure efficient operation of the program/project. Supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments to ensure the appropriate amount of coverage for each task. Establish and maintain a cooperative work environment. Provide assistance with customer budgeting, cost estimating, and economic analysis activities. </span></P>
<P style="mso-line-height-alt: 10.5pt"><span style="COLOR: black"><font size=3><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman">Required Experience/Skills: Masters Degree preferred.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Fully documented Program/Project Management experience supporting programs and projects at all dollar values.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Experience in various leadership positions, education, strong communications, planning and organization skills.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Joint/Unified Command level experience a plus.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></P>
<P style="mso-line-height-alt: 10.5pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman" size="3">Current TS/SCI clearance required.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> <br></span><br>Certification through Project Management Institute or <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Defense</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Acquisition</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> in Program/Project Management is required.</span></P>
