The MPRI Division of L-3 Communications anticipates continued growth in its work requiring deployable intelligence professionals to serve in Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and elsewhere around the world. To keep up with this demand for its premier services, MPRI is seeking candidates who can perform a range of intelligence functions OCONUS.<br><br>We have a pending requirement for All-Source Intelligence Instructors and Mentors, Analysts and Collection Management Specialists. Positions likely will be available at the senior, mid- and junior levels, with responsibilities corresponding to the individual’s skill and experience.<br><br>TS/SCI Clearance.<br><br>Position Descriptions and Criteria:<br><br>Intelligence Instructors and Mentors: <br><br>The ability to serve as an intelligence instructor or mentor for foreign counterpart personnel – to include prior service in such a capacity, or demonstrated proficiency in a relevant language combined with prior service as an intelligence instructor – is strongly desired. Ability and experience in intelligence training and a commitment to excellence, however, are the most important attributes of successful candidates.<br><br>Experience in All Source intelligence analysis, and skill and experience in teaching intelligence functional disciplines to others. Proficiency in teaching intelligence preparation of the battlespace, to include supporting combat and counterterrorism operations at the tactical, operational and theater levels. Candidates should be familiar with current Army field manuals and templating tools and techniques. Prior experience in developing tailored intelligence training curricula, programs of instruction, or training aids strongly desired. Ability and willingness to deploy OCONUS for periods of six to twelve months, sometimes under austere conditions. In some instances, employees may be required to be armed for self-defense. Periodic travel within a country or region of assignment may be required to fulfill mission requirements. All candidates must have strong writing and briefing capabilities, relative to their skill and experience level. Skill in reading or speaking a foreign language relevant to Southwest Asia, South Asia, or the Middle East is highly desirable. Prior service in a deployed capacity, providing direct intelligence support to operational elements, also is highly desirable. Ability to function effectively in a joint/combined environment, to include working collaboratively with partner nation representatives, is a plus.<br><br><br>Collection Management Specialists:<br><br>We have a pending requirement for deployable collection support specialists and collection requirements managers. The ability to provide direct support to collection targeting plans, to include target development analysis, is highly desirable. <br><br>Skill and experience in intelligence collection and exploitation involving one or more specific “INTs,” such as GEOINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT or SIGINT, preferably at the tactical, operational or theater levels. This includes understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and availability of the principal collection platforms associated with each. Experience in exploiting single- or multi-INT collection, preferably on a time-sensitive basis, in support of military operations or all-source intelligence fusion. Understanding of collection requirements development and collection requirements management. This includes being able to turn analyst or operator information gaps into clear and actionable intelligence collection requirements. The ability to enter collection requirements into one or more tasking systems and to track and manage them over time is highly desired.- All candidates must have strong writing and briefing capabilities, relative to their skill and experience level.Ability and willingness to deploy OCONUS for periods of six to twelve months, sometimes under austere conditions. Proficiency in intelligence preparation of the battlespace, to include supporting combat and counterterrorism operations at the tactical, operational and theater levels. Ability and willingness to deploy OCONUS for periods of six to twelve months, sometimes under austere conditions. In some instances, employees may be required to be armed for self-defense. Some experience in counterterrorism analysis, counterinsurgency analysis, cultural/tribal analysis and cross-cultural communication, or human terrain analysis is highly desirable. All candidates must have strong writing and briefing capabilities, relative to their skill and experience level. Skill in reading or speaking a foreign language relevant to Southwest Asia, South Asia, or the Middle East is highly desirable.
