The Mission Integration Business Unit is seeking highly motivated Strategic Operational Exercise Planning Analyst. The candidate will work with interagency subject matter experts to coordinate interagency strategic operational planning efforts to counter-terrorist attacks, to include those that attempt the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Duties include:
Create planning estimates that include at a minimum: objectives, planning assumptions, and desired end states;
Work with interagency subject matter experts to plan for adjustments and modifications to the National Implementation Plan; and identify current gaps, seems, and obstacles to the United States Government disruption planning efforts.

Plan, coordinate, and execute complex, multi-agency Counterterrorism and Homeland Security exercises and demonstrations covering a full range of domestic and transnational terrorist threats and response scenarios in support of multiple agencies.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent writing and editing abilities, with thorough attention to detail;
Experience with (or equivalent education) DOD JOPES, DHS integrated Planning System or equivalent;
Working knowledge of both scenario based and threat based planning; and
familiarity with both deliberate planning and dynamic (time sensitive) planning processes.

A Top Secret/SCI security clearance with at least a CI polygraph is required.

Education/Level of Experience:
B.A. or B.S. degree required; higher level of education strongly desired. Must have at least five to eight years of relevant experience in the Counter Terrorism/Intelligence Community.
