Description:Aircraft Inspector Supervisor. Supervise, Plan, prioritize and coordinate manpower distribution and scheduled completion of QC and related work. Monitor maintenance and other program activities, such that, pre-induction work, work sequencing, weight & balance, overtime requirements, final inspection and dispatch can be anticipated and completed in a timely manner. Must effectively interact with IPT and QC peers, engineering, production, customers and/or their representatives. Assure completeness of work and adherence to company, customer and regulatory requirements. Coordinate subordinate job specific, HR, LMLS and/or corporate training. Monitor and control QC budget within respective areas of responsibility |
