A lead instructor/COIN Generalist shall have practical experience working with the Iraqi Security Forces (IA and/or IP).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Shall also serve as an instructor/educator/facilitator cell for all courses of instruction and perform other duties as assigned.<o:p></o:p></span></span></H4>
